- To educate people to recognize the need for all children to have a basic education, with emphasis housed on HIV/AIDS vulnerable children.

- To teach orphans the dynamics of God’s love for them and the real purpose behind their lives.

- To bring together both civic and religious leaders to talk about loving, teaching, caring for, and parenting children.

- To find ways to involve all citizens in helping children to experience the joy that can be found in being a child in a community.
